What people ask first

Do I need to know how to build a website?

No. You answer a few questions about the shop and Shobbie lays out the store, fills it with your products and writes a first draft. You change it by saying what you want, or by hand in the editor.

Where do my products come from?

Add them in Shobbie, bring them in from a Shopify or WooCommerce export, a spreadsheet or a pasted list, or sell the ones your business already keeps in Inkeepy. They are the same products either way.

How do shoppers pay?

Through Receivly: card, bank transfer or USSD on Paystack's checkout, with your share settled to your bank. Receivly never holds your money. You can also let shoppers pay on delivery.

Do I need Vablus for live chat?

No. Live chat works without it, with you or your team answering. With Vablus switched on, its AI can answer the same chat for you, on the same records.

Can I sell things people ask about first, such as property or cars?

Yes. Stores can take enquiries and viewings as well as orders through the cart, or both. The Keystone Living and Motionhaus templates are made for it.

Can I use my own domain?

Every store gets its own Shobbie link. Your own domain comes with the plans that include it, and COVORN checks it before it goes live.

Can I have more than one store?

Yes, from the same products: a second look or a second brand. How many you can have depends on your plan.
